Choju Hojicha (Houjicha) is a Japanese green tea that is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal. Naturally low in caffeine, Hojicha is a tea preferred by coffee drinkers. It has an earthy and rustic brew, with an intensely toasty aroma.
